There are multiple PlayStation 5 upgrade paths for digital owners of DOOM Eternal for PlayStation 4.

Once the PS5 version is fully installed, you will see a "Play Game" button on the game hub.

You will receive a system notification after the PlayStation 5 version has installed.

From the DOOM Eternal game hub, navigate to the (…) overflow menu and select "PS5|Full|DOOM Eternal: Standard Edition".
